uDream Events is the one of the largest providers of hospitality staff for special events & festivals in Tampa Bay, Sarasota, Orlando & Surrounding areas.  We are looking for professional, bright, articulate individuals who understand hospitality and enjoy working fast paced, high-end events.

  • We require one year minimum experience in hospitality.
  • We process background checks upon hiring and routinely throughout the year.
  • All staff are interviewed and trained by our staffing manager.
  • Bartenders will review drink knowledge and pour testing.
  • We host workshops frequently for staff who want to learn more in the industry, hone in on their skills and train in other positions.

BOOKING GIGS

  • We have a fully integrated staffing app that we send event shifts through.
  • You sign up for the shifts that fit your schedule.
  • All event details are listed in the app to keep everything organized.
  • This will include a google maps link to the event location, contact info, attire details, service logistics and event pay.
  • We provide our professional event staff with top pay and gratuities as we strive for only the highest level of service.
  • There are also opportunities to grow within our company and become an event manager.
