Poinsetta
The Poinsetta is an easy to create cocktail that is especially festive for the Holiday season. All you need to create this drink is your favorite champagne, Cointreau, and cranberry juice. You may also add cranberries as a garnish. First, combine the Cointreau and cranberry juice in a champagne flute. The combination should fill 3/4th of the glass. Stir the combination and then top it off with the champagne. Garnish with a couple cranberries, and serve.
