All rental items will be brought in by the venue or your professional caterer to manage delivery, setup and pickup outside of the event rental timeline. Inquire for upgrades on tables, chairs and other items. Linens can be brought in by the client, caterer or event planner.
To ensure you enjoy your special day, we require all wedding parties to hire a wedding coordinator to be present for your wedding day for the entirety of your event including setup, service and cleanup timeline.

Wedding Ceremonies can be hosted on site within your rental timeline. Additional facility rental hours can be added if needed including hourly rates
If a wedding ceremony requires a rehearsal service on a separate date and time, the facility rental can be booked for a discounted hourly rate based on availability. Please inquire for availability 30 days prior to your event for available dates and times. As weekends are busy in season and may be booked in the evenings, a morning option will also be available for the day prior to your wedding.
Clients will have the option to include valet services for front door drop off OR guests may self-park in the Publix parking garage above the Chihuly Collection building on the 4th floor.
You can access this parking garage from 8th Street South between Central Avenue and 1st Avenue South.
Please note, the parking garage elevator locks at 10 pm sharp each evening. We strongly recommend clients confirm valet services for events ending after 9:30 pm.

Our professional catering partners will work with you directly to confirm your catering quotes, service style, menu, catering staff, and contract.
Your catering team will also provide the necessary tables, linens, chairs and additional rental items needed for your event. The catering team will handle load in, complete setup of all items, laying of linens and complete strike within the venue timeline at the museum. Outside event rentals are not permitted without approval due to load in and strike logistics in the collection.
Please note that all catering services must be contracted through one of our approved caterers. These caterers have met our strict standards for licensing, insurance, and vendor agreements, ensuring a seamless experience for your event. We do not permit outside caterers or self-catering, including drop-offs.
Clients may provide wedding cakes through a separate professional vendor. View our list of vendor recommendations for local options.

We include tables, chairs and items in house included in your venue rental. The venue rental comes with in house tables, chairs and items that are outlined on our main catalog. All rental items will be brought in by the venue to manage delivery, setup and pickup outside of the event rental timeline. Inquire for upgrades on tables, chairs and other items. Linens can be brought in by the client, caterer or event planner.

Event Parking
Service to be confirmed within 30 days of event.
Parking attendants will be outlined for all events on your venue invoice. This will include access to parking at the neighboring grass lot, licensing, and insurance.
OPTION 1: Valet Service
Service includes professional valet team, signs, cones, and valet podium.
Guests will drive to valet podium for front door drop off.
Valet will facilitate parking of all vehicles and return of vehicles concluding event.
1 lead & 2 Valet Attendants for up to 120 guests: $750
1 lead & 3 Valet Attendants for up to 150 guests: $1000
1 lead & 4 Valet Attendants for up to 200 guests: $1250
OPTION 2: Guided Parking Attendant
Service includes signage, cones, and parking attendant to direct guest parking into our partner grass lot next door.
1 Parking Attendant and Permitted Lot for up to 200 guests: $300
Attendants will be outlined for all events. You will have the option to include valet services for front door drop off or a guided parking attendant. This will include permitting for the grass lot next door, licensing, and insurance.

Food Catering
View our Catering Partners. Our professional catering partners will work with you directly to confirm your catering quotes, service style and menu. Your catering team will also provide the necessary tables, linens, chairs and additional rental items needed for your event. The catering team will handle load in, complete setup of all items, laying of linens and complete strike within the venue timeline at the museum. Clients must use one of our preferred caterers who have been pre-approved and include applicable licensing, insurance and a vendor contract on property. No outside caterers can be booked without confirming with our venue management. A new catering vendor requires a consultation on site and a vendor contract. Administrative fees will apply to process a new vendor application.
