Outdoors, the East Patio and North event space offer an additional 4,000 square feet of flexible event space, perfect for cocktail hours, ceremonies, and outdoor events under café string lighting in a beautiful enclosed greenery setting. Special Discounts:
10% discount on rental fee for events during July – August

10% discount on rental fee for local non-profit events with certificate

20% discount on rental fee for multi day events (Day 2 and beyond)

Booking Details:

Contracts can be booked within 18 months of event date
Signed contract and 50% deposit due to confirm event booking
Final balance due in full 90 days prior to event date for venue

  • The venue is available for weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, team building activities, social events and other special occasions
  • Our In-House Event Planner will collaborate with you to confirm custom event planning service options
  • If you have a professional event planner we can confirm the onboarding process with licensing and insurance requirements
  • Catering and vendor services will be itemized based on your event needs
  • Event rates include up to a 6 hour event timeline
  • Access to event space will include 3 hours of setup and 1 hour for cleanup for your vendors (for 10 hours total)
  • Wedding Ceremonies can be hosted inside or outside within your event timeline
  • Additional hours can be accommodated for extended events and wedding rehearsals at $400 per hour
  • In house tables and chairs included, complete with full setup for your floor plan with our in house crew
