The first annual Bourbon & Brew Fest was held at The Heights Waterfront in Downtown Tampa. Upon entering The Heights Waterfront you were greeted with a large bar built from rustic barrels. uDream Events professional bartenders and master mixologists created 8 custom bourbon drinks, served at 5 different bar stations throughout the festival. There was a unique mix of classic bourbon drinks with a twist like the “Maker’s Sour,” as well as custom concoctions such as the “Country Breakfast” garnished with a piece of bacon and the “Maker’s Slushy.” A favorite of Bourbon & Brew Fest guest was the “Kentucky Storm,” a sweet combination of Jim Beam Honey and Ginger Beer.
Guest who were looking to get even more bourbon from their Bourbon & Brew Fest experience opted for VIP tickets. This granted them exclusive access inside the historic Tampa Armature Works building along with unlimited samples of over 40 different bourbons, including Old Rip Van Winkle, one of the highest rated bourbons in the world.
While guest kept the bourbon flowing, they also had the chance to give the mechanical bull a spin, play corn-hole and dance along while a DJ rocked all afternoon, then transitioned into live music as the sun went down. The event featured the LoCash Cowboys who have topped the country charts and ended with a fireworks show over the water!
Bourbon & Brew Fest served over 25,000 drinks and 4000 guests. uDream Events was elated to team up with Big City Events for another tremendous festival!
