We know that each of our clients is unique in their planning process, so we don’t fit you into a mold.  We build this from scratch based on your specific vision and budget plan.  This includes an organized online planning system to make the process easy, stress-free, and seamless.

All bookings at the Morean Center for Clay will include a day of manager. View our packages below to confirm which service fits your needs. We can help with a day of manager, month of planning or full service planning packages. Our team is always the first to arrive on-site and the very last to leave on event day. Day of Event Manager

For the client that has it all together and just needs a dedicated manager to oversee vendor set up, service and logistics day of.  This does not include any event logistics or pre-planning material prior to event day.  The client is responsible for all booking details and confirming the layout, timeline, run of show, vendor programs and all vendor and staffing details as needed. If you would like to meet with an event planner, we can offer a la carte services as needed, month or of full service planning.

Starting at $585.00 for up to 9 hours of service
Services for day of manager on site at the hourly rate
$65 for each additional hour

Event Day:

  • On site manager on site for setup, service and strike
  • Day of contact for all vendors and crew
  • Security check in of all vendors, staff and crew on site
  • Oversee venue guidelines
  • Greet guests upon arrival
  • Assist guests as needed for event flow
  • Oversee clean-up and breakdown at the end of the event
  • Final walkthrough and security check out with your day of contact

Month of Event Planning

The month-of coordination is ideal for those who are nearly finished with the planning but need the coordinating skills of a professional to make sure everything runs as planned. Our professional planner will bring it all together with a detailed layout, timeline, and logistics packet to execute your vision perfectly.  We also offer a list of amazing vendor recommendations to help you along the way.  Our team will coordinate with your vendors month of to gather details for building a structured event.  Partial planning includes essential coordination for a successful event including final guest count revisions, vendor contracts, supporting logistics and day of program

Corporate & Social Events starting at $3000.00 for full service
Weddings including ceremony logistics, rehearsal day and additional assistants starting at $4000.00 for full service

Services to begin with preferred vendor programs and planning logistics up to twelve months out
Planning logistics starting one month out
Event Day up to twelve hours with our professional planner and assistant(s)

Leading up to the Event Day:

  • Initial meeting to gather information about the concept, budget and styling of your event
  • Create an online shared folder to organize all event logistics
  • Review your vision and assist with professional vendor recommendations
  • Create and assist with managing your budget throughout the planning process
  • Meeting at venue to review all logistics on site and walkthrough of layout plan one month out
  • Confirming final guest count and final invoices with a recommended 10 days prior to event date
  • Create detailed event logistics packet for all vendors and crew
  • Finalize security check in of all crew names week of
  • Email, distribute and print out for all vendors on site
  • Serve as day of contact for all vendors, staff and crew

Event Day:

  • Lead coordinators and event assistant for the day-of for up to 10 hours for setup, service, and strike
  • Day of contact for all vendors and crew
  • Security check in of all vendors, staff and crew on site
  • Oversee venue guidelines
  • Coordinate and manage timeline for the day
  • Confirm all vendors are set on time
  • Greet guests upon arrival
  • Assist guests as needed for event flow
  • Direct any gifts or take home services for guests
  • Organize any leftover supplies at the end of event, as needed
  • Distribute any final payments or gratuities to vendors, if necessary
  • Oversee clean-up and breakdown at the end of the event
  • Final walkthrough and security check out
  • Recap details with all vendors concluding service

Full Service Event Planning

Our full service planning handles the entire scope of your event including design, production management, and logistics. From the minute details to the major productions, our team of experienced planners will ensure your event day goes exactly as planned. From the very first meeting, we’ll turn your ideas into a vision board to develop a detailed design plan. From here we begin the planning process by consulting the perfect vendors that align with your specific vision.  Full service planning also includes our vendor discounts that we pass along to you.  We work closely with our Tampa Bay vendors and offer the best service options with your budget in mind.

Weddings including ceremony logistics, rehearsal day and additional assistants starting at $6000.00 for full service
Services can begin up to eighteen months out
Event Day up to twelve hours with our professional planner and assistant(s)

Leading up to the Event Day:

  • Initial meeting to gather information about the concept, budget and styling of your event
  • Create an online shared folder to organize all event logistics
  • Creating a detailed design plan for vendor selection
  • Sourcing each vendor for detailed quotes, revisions and bookings
  • Creating calendar and organizing all vendor meetings via phone, video and on site
  • Create and assist with managing your budget through the planning process
  • Set up room blocks and arrange any transportation for guests, as needed
  • Option for planner to receive and record all rsvps and dietary selections via website event invite
  • Meeting at venue to review all logistics on site and walkthrough of layout plan throughout process
  • Confirming final guest count and final invoices with a recommended 10 days prior to event date
  • Create detailed event logistics packet for all vendors and crew
  • Finalize security check in of all crew names week of

Pricing reflects starting rates and will include a six hour minimum for service.
