Winterfest

Each year we create an annual Winterfest for a local St Petersburg corporate client.  For this family-friendly event, which welcomes over 2000 guests, we go all out: constructing immersive decor, curating engaging games and activities, offering bars stocked with signature cocktails, delicious cuisine from local food trucks, themed photo stations, and securing top-notch entertainment to delight and enchant all who attend. Last year’s theme was Disney Winterfest, and we loved bringing the magic of that world to life in every corner of the event.

Sueños de Dali

As an event planning team with a deep appreciation for surrealism, we are thrilled to produce the annual Sueños de Dali Event at the Salvador Dali Museum in Downtown St. Petersburg. This magical occasion is centered around Dali’s fascination with dreams and all things Halloween, resulting in an immersive experience that transports guests to a surreal world of wonder. Drawing inspiration from Dali’s unique aesthetic and his unwavering commitment to the bizarre, we craft every detail with meticulous care, bringing to life a fully-realized, immersive environment that captures the essence of his vision. From the decor and activities to the entertainment and catering, we infuse every aspect of this event with the surrealist spirit that defined Dali’s art. We are proud to produce this extraordinary celebration each year, and to share with our guests a glimpse into the fascinating world of one of history’s most iconic artists.

Saints & Sinners Gala

At our annual Saints & Sinners Gala, we bring together the best of two worlds – a wonderful charity fundraiser and a spectacular event that delights and enchants our guests. For ‘The Greatest Show,’ we transformed the school gymnasium into a beautiful event space that dazzled all 400 attendees. With a passion for event design, we crafted every detail with care, creating custom decor that evoked the grandeur of the circus, bringing in talented entertainers to keep guests mesmerized, setting up a casino for some high-stakes fun, and hiring a live auctioneer to help raise funds for the worthy cause. Our guests were treated to a high end plated seated dinner and cocktail service, and we tied it all together with audio-visual elements that elevated the event to the next level. We are proud to have produced such an unforgettable evening that not only raised funds for a good cause, but also created memories that will last a lifetime.

Full Service Event Planning

Our full service planning handles the entire scope of your event including a detailed budget plan, event design, vendor management, and all service logistics. From the minute details to the major productions, our team of experienced planners will ensure your event day goes exactly as planned. We begin the planning process by consulting the perfect vendors that align with your specific vision and gathering detailed quotes.  We work closely with our Tampa Bay vendors and offer the best service options with your budget in mind.

Month of Event Planning

The month-of coordination is ideal for those who are nearly finished with the planning process but need the coordinating skills of a professional to make sure everything runs as planned. Our professional planner will bring it all together with a detailed layout, timeline, and logistics packet to execute your vision perfectly.  We also offer a list of amazing vendor recommendations to help you along the way.  Our team will coordinate with your vendors month of to gather details for building a structured event and manage logistics day of.

Day of Event Manager

For the client that has it all together and just needs a dedicated manager to oversee vendor set up, service and logistics day of.  This does not include any event logistics or pre-planning material prior to event day.  The client is responsible for all booking details and confirming the event layout, timeline, run of show, vendor programs, and all vendor staffing details as needed. If you would like to meet with an event planner, we can offer a la carte services as needed, month of or full service planning.

Additional Services

Support staff is available as needed including planner assistants, catering service staff, bartenders and cleanup crew.  Recommendations will be given based on your event needs. We are here to help!
