- Specialized Skills for Bartenders: Bartenders are assessed on their knowledge of drinks, service and pour testing to demonstrate their proficiency.
- Experience Required: Applicants must have a minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality industry to qualify.
- Background Checks: We conduct thorough background checks at the time of hiring and perform routine checks annually to maintain a safe and trustworthy environment.
