Candy Corn Cocktail
This week we are going get you prepped for Halloween with a layered Candy Corn Cocktail. It is perfect to get you in the mood for sweets, pumpkin carving, ghosts, witches, and of course, Halloween parties!
Ingredients needed are:
2 oz Pineapple Vodka
1.5 oz Orange Sherbert, softened
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Milk/Cream
1 oz Simple Syrup
Pineapple Wedges, garnish
Candy Corn, garnish
Start by shaking the pineapple vodka and the pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice until chilled. Then strain over ice in a high ball glass. Now combine the softened orange sherbert in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain over spoon to layer in the glass. Finally, combine the milk/cream in a cocktail shaker with the simple syrup and shake until chilled. Then layer over the sherbert mixture. Now you can garnish with a pineapple wedge and/or candy corn.
