uDream Events provided mobile bartending services and cocktail staff for Mike Peterson’s event on Saturday evening. This kicked off the celebration for his induction into the University of Florida’s Athletic Hall of Fame. The blue and orange themed event featured cocktail waitresses body painted in Mike’s UF Jersey #29, delicious local BBQ and great music that kept everyone dancing well into the night.
The bar menu for the celebration featured a Blue Oasis Martini, made with Grey Goose Vodka, orange liqueur, blue curaco and a splash of lemon-lime ~ as well as a Patron Orange Margarita made with Patron Silver, Gran Marnier, fresh lime juice and sour mix. The bartenders placed a cube of dry ice into each signature drink, creating a mist-like
effect for the party atmosphere. Thanks to all of our amazing staff for such a great job!
