Standard timeline is 2:00 pm – 12:00 am: for a 5:00 pm – 10:30 pm event timeline
Ceremonies can be hosted on site for no additional fee within your rental timeline
Bridal Suite Packages available starting at $1000 for complete build out of bridal room in foyer
with pipe and drape, bridal accessories, seating, vanity and more
Additional facility rental hours can be included if needed for additional setup and cleanup time
Wedding rehearsals and photo/video shoots
$300 per hour additional
Facility rentals include a 5.5% Sales Tax

20% discount on event rental fee for events during July – August
20% discount on event rental fee for local non-profit events with certificate

5,000 square feet inside main event space, front foyer and restrooms
1,500 square feet outside East patio

175 guests seated inside Main Event Space with bar, catering stations and dance floor
200 guests seated inside Main Event Space and East Patio with bar, catering stations and dance floor
300+ guests inside and outside cocktail style

Booking Details:
- Event date based on availability at the time of booking
- Signed contract and 50% deposit due upon booking to confirm your event date
- Final payment due 30 days prior to event date
- Venue rental includes daily booking rate up to 10 hours for setup, service and cleanup
- Additional hours and wedding rehearsals can be included as needed at $300 per hour
- Events will conclude by 10:30 pm in order to allow your vendor teams 90 minutes to cleanup by 12:00 am midnight
