Back for a second year, The Longest Table—hosted by WUSF Public Media and produced by UDREAM EVENTS—was more than just a dinner. It was a bold celebration of community, conversation, and the shared table.
Held in downtown St. Petersburg, this annual fundraising event raises support for public media across Tampa Bay—and invites nearly 700 guests to come together for one unforgettable culinary experience.

Shutting Down the Street for Something Bigger
To set the stage, Bayshore Drive was officially closed, fully permitted and secured, allowing us to transform this iconic waterfront stretch into a 1,000-foot-long dining experience. The scale was massive—but every detail remained personal.
As guests were seated, a jazz ensemble paraded the street, setting a joyful, elegant tone. Music floated above the tables while the sun dipped below the skyline, and the street came alive with purpose.
A Culinary Collaboration Unlike Any Other
This wasn’t your average dinner party. We worked with some of the best culinary teams in Tampa Bay to create a coursed, plated meal unlike anything else in the region. Each chef-designed menu was paired with curated wine selections, elevating every dish into an experience for the seated guests.
