- The venue is available for weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, team building activities, social events and other special occasions
- Our In-House Event Planner will collaborate with you to confirm custom event planning service options
- If you have a professional event planner we can confirm the onboarding process with licensing and insurance requirements
- Catering and vendor services will be itemized based on your event needs
- Tables and chairs are not included in the venue rental fee and will be confirmed as needed with your catering team including timed setup and strike
- Event rates include up to a 5 hour event timeline
- Access to event space will include 3 hours of setup and 2 hours for cleanup for your vendors (for 10 hours total)
- Access to garden outdoor event space can be available for early events
- The Chihuly Collection is open to the public daily and will close at 5:00 pm for private events inside
- Security will be included for all private events
- Wedding Ceremonies can be hosted inside or outside within your event timeline
- Additional hours can be accommodated for extended events and wedding rehearsals at $400 per hour

Private tours of the gallery with our Docent. Can accommodate 2 tours per hour with 30 guests at a time.

Morean Hot Shop Glassblowing Demonstrations:
Get behind the scenes and observe resident glass artists creating unique works of art. All of the pieces created are for sale in the adjacent glass shop. Get inspired during your private Chihuly Collection Event! Demo can seat up to 80 guests in bleacher style area with a 30-45 minute showing.
Gift shop also open for viewing and purchases.
$500 Upgrade
Custom Glass from the Hot Shop:
Opt for custom glass art for your centerpieces or custom glassware for guests to use and keep. Choose your pieces at the Morean Glass Studio. Open daily to the public.

Open dates are available based on contract confirmation and current availability.
Once you’ve identified your desired date based on availability, please complete the event form to connect with our team and schedule a walkthrough.
BOOKING DETAILS
- Signed contract and 50% deposit due upon booking to confirm your event date.
- Final payment due 30 days prior to event date.
- Venue rental includes up to a 10 hour event timeline for setup, service and cleanup.
- Standard timeline 2:00 pm – 12:00 am, can be revised as needed
- Additional hours and rehearsals can be included as needed at $200 per hour.
- Events will conclude by 10:30 pm in order to allow your vendor teams 90 minutes to cleanup by 12:00 am midnight.
