EVENT RENTAL ITEMS
All rental items will be brought in by the venue or your professional caterer to manage delivery, setup and pickup outside of the event rental timeline. Inquire for upgrades on tables, chairs and other items. Linens can be brought in by the client, caterer or event planner.

$75 | Professional Docent Tours – Private tours of the gallery with our Docent. Can accommodate 2 tours per hour with 30 guests at a time. |
$400 | Morean Hot Shop Glassblowing Demonstrations – Demo can seat up to 80 guests in a bleacher-style area with a 45-minute showing. Guests can come and go as they please. |
$ | Custom Glass Pieces from the Hot Shop – Opt for custom glass art for your centerpieces. Choose your pieces at the Morean Glass Studio. Custom Drinkware and Trinkets for Guests to keep as favors – Custom glass designs, bowls, and décor available. |
EVENT PLANNING SERVICES
At UDREAM EVENTS, we understand that every client’s planning process is unique, so we build your event from scratch. We work closely with you to define your vision and create detailed design plans and event logistics within your budget. Our streamlined planning system ensures the process is easy and stress-free, keeping you organized and informed every step of the way. Our Professional Event Planner will connect with you to confirm custom service options based on your specific event needs for your on site walkthrough.
To ensure your event runs smoothly, we require all events and weddings to include a professional event planner who will oversee the entirety of the event, including setup, execution, and cleanup. We offer various levels of service from day of management to full service event planning. Clients may source a professional event planner who meets all applicable event insurance requirements including a GL insurance policy with additional insured.
EVENT PARKING
Clients will have the option to include valet services for front door drop off OR guests may self-park in the Publix parking garage above the Chihuly Collection building on the 4th floor.
You can access this parking garage from 8th Street South between Central Avenue and 1st Avenue South.
Please note, the parking garage elevator locks at 10 pm sharp each evening. We strongly recommend clients confirm valet services for events ending after 9:30 pm.

Our professional catering partners will work with you directly to confirm your catering quotes, service style, menu, catering staff, and contract.
Please note that all catering services must be contracted through one of our approved caterers. These caterers have met our strict standards for licensing, insurance, and vendor agreements, ensuring a seamless experience for your event. We do not permit outside caterers or self-catering, including drop-offs.
