IN-HOUSE EVENT PLANNING SERVICES 

At UDREAM EVENTS, we tailor every event to your unique vision, crafting detailed designs and logistics within your budget. Our streamlined planning system keeps the process stress-free and organized. Our Professional Event Planner will collaborate with you to confirm custom service options during your on-site walkthrough and design meetings.

To ensure your event runs smoothly, we require all events and weddings to include a professional event planner who will oversee the entirety of the event, including setup, execution, and cleanup.  We offer various levels of service from day of management to full service event planning. 

WORKING WITH AN EXTERNAL PLANNER?

Clients may source a professional event planner who completes our onboarding application and approval. To ensure the highest standards of service and safety at our venue, clients wishing to work with an external professional event planner must adhere to the following onboarding process:

Application Submission:

The event planner must complete our onboarding application, which includes providing the following:

  • A valid business license
  • Proof of GL insurance
  • Evidence of credibility


On-Site Meeting:

Once the application is confirmed and approved, we will schedule an on-site meeting to finalize a vendor agreement and review venue guidelines.

Important Notice to Clients:

For quality assurance, we strongly discourage contracting any event planner for this venue prior to their completion of our onboarding process. This ensures all vendors meet our standards and are familiar with our policies.

EVENT RENTALS AND SETUP

All rental items will be brought in by the venue to manage delivery, setup and pickup outside of your event rental timeline.  Inquire for upgrades on tables, chairs and other event rental items.

EVENT PARKING

Clients are welcome to use the on-site parking lot for self-parking, subject to availability. For a more streamlined experience, we also offer an upgrade to professional valet service, which includes front door drop-off and pick-up by our skilled attendants.

All beverage & bar catering will be provided in house exclusively by UDREAM EVENTS for liquor license & insurance requirements.

Our professional catering partners will work with you directly to confirm your catering quotes, service style, menu, catering staff, and contract. 

Please note that all catering services must be contracted through one of our approved caterers. These caterers have met our strict standards for licensing, insurance, and vendor agreements, ensuring a seamless experience for your event. We do not permit outside caterers or self-catering, including drop-offs.

Clients may provide wedding cakes through a separate professional vendor. Connect with us for a list of vendor recommendations for local options.

Enhance your 1-hour gallery access with a private guided tour of The Dalí’s unparalleled collection. One of most acclaimed collections of a single modern artist in the world, the Museum features artwork representing every moment and medium of Dalí’s creative life. Highly trained docents can take you and your guests through Dalí’s evolving artistic journey from his iconic melting clocks to imaginative visual illusions. Upon availability, specialty tours in foreign languages, focused on math, science, religion or the popular ‘ProvocaTour’ may be requested.

WEDDING CEREMONIES ON SITE

At UDREAM EVENTS, we’re thrilled to offer our in-house Wedding Planner to bring your dream day to life! We create customized designs and detailed plans that perfectly align with your vision and budget. Our seamless planning process ensures everything stays stress-free and organized, so you can focus on the joy of your big day.


CEREMONY OPTIONS

OPTION 1:  Wedding Ceremony in the Museum

  • Ceremonies can be hosted inside the Museum or outside in the Garden within your event timeline
  • Venue Package to include location for ceremony 
  • Guest access into the Museum will begin at 6:30pm
  • Access is not available earlier due to Museum operating hours 
  • Private bridal room is available on the first floor
  • Ceremonies may include an additional fee for set of ceremony chairs and décor
  • Connect with our in-house planner to confirm specific needs


OPTION 2:  Wedding Ceremony Off Site 

  • Our In-House Event Planner will collaborate with you to confirm custom service options and specific event needs
  • Connect with our team for a list of local parks, pavilions and church options for your intimate ceremony
