Tables:  

15            60” round tables: seat 8-10 guests

8               8’ banquet tables: seat 8 guests or used for event stations

2               6’ banquet tables: seat 6 guests or used for event stations

10            30” round x 42” tall cocktail tables: standing

9               36” round x 30” tall folding café tables: seat 4-6 guests

16            36” round x 30” tall outdoor café tables: preset in garden (no linen required)

Chairs:

120         Ghost chairs

64            Outdoor café table chairs: preset in garden and cafe

7               White bar stools: preset at café or can be removed

ADDITIONAL EVENT RENTALS

All rental items will be brought in by the venue to manage delivery, setup and pickup outside of your event rental timeline.  Inquire for upgrades on tables, chairs and other items.

Linens:

Linens can be brought in by the client, caterer or event planner.

Our Professional Event Planner will connect with you to confirm custom service options based on your event needs.

Wedding Parties:

To ensure you enjoy your day, we require all wedding parties to hire a wedding coordinator to be present for your wedding day for the entirety of your event including setup, service and cleanup timeline.  Clients may outsource a professional planner with applicable event insurance requirements.

Service to be confirmed within 30 days of event.
Parking attendants are required and will be outlined for all events on your venue invoice. This will include access to parking at the neighboring grass lot, licensing, and insurance.

Clients will have the option to include an attendant for self parking or upgrade to professional valet with front door drop off and pickup.

All beverage & bar catering will be provided in house exclusively by UDREAM EVENTS for liquor license & insurance requirements.

Our professional catering partners will work with you directly to confirm your catering quotes, service style, menu, catering staff, and contract. 

Please note that all catering services must be contracted through one of our approved caterers. These caterers have met our strict standards for licensing, insurance, and vendor agreements, ensuring a seamless experience for your event. We do not permit outside caterers or self-catering, including drop-offs.

Clients may provide wedding cakes through a separate professional vendor. View our list of vendor recommendations for local options.
