Event Management will be outlined as needed based on event timeline and logistics
Up to 10 hours facility rental for your complete setup, event timeline and cleanup
Standard timeline is 2:00 pm – 12:00 am: for a 5:00 pm – 10:30 pm event timeline

Wedding Ceremonies can be hosted on site within your rental timeline
Additional facility rental hours can be added if needed including hourly rates
Wedding rehearsals and photo/video shoots available including hourly rates

20% discount on rental fee for events during July – August

20% discount on rental fee for local non-profit events with certificate

1,500 square feet outside East patio

200 guests seated inside Main Event Space with bar and catering stations

300+ guests inside and outside cocktail style

22	60” Round Tables – seats up to 10 guests
12	8’ Banquet Tables – seats up to 10 guests, can be used for service tables
10	36” Round Cocktail Tables with 42” tall or 32” tall poles – or 30″ poles to seat up to 6 guests
1	6’ x 4’ Farm Table – sweetheart table or accent table
1	6′ Classic Black Bars for up to 125 guests per station
1	Inside string lighting built into rafters above with dimmer
1	Inside Color changing LEDs built into rafters
1	Greenery backdrop walls
