Drink of the Week | December 28th | Coconut Snowball Martini

Coconut Snowball Martini

Christmas is over and the chill in the air is still lingering.  To keep you festive, yet looking forward to the warmth in the New Year, we have decided that the Drink of the Week is the Coconut Snowball Martini.  Here is what you need to delight your taste buds with this delicious cocktail: 3/4 cup half and half, 1/2 of Malibu Rum (or any coconut flavored rum), 1/4 cup vanilla vodka, and 1/4 cup of cream of coconut.  This recipe makes 4-5 servings of this drink.

Now all you need to do is combine the ingredients in a large pitcher.  Stir.  Then place ice cubes in a cocktail shaker, pour some of the mix in the pitcher into the shaker, cover with a glass or smaller shaker, and shake until your hand gets cold.  Once your hand is cold, strain the mixture into a martini glass, and garnish however you should choose.  Repeat for the other servings.

Enjoy, and be sure to tell us your New Year’s Resolutions on our Facebook page.
