St. Pete Event Company -UDREAM EVENTS had the honor of producing this Billion Dollar Bash. We went all in to create an immersive, high-energy experience that celebrated Power Design’s journey and future in unforgettable fashion.
Welcome to the Vegas Strip – Warehouse Edition
Starting with an empty warehouse, we completely transformed the space into a glittering Vegas-inspired party. Think: bold lighting, luxe lounge areas, immersive casino moments, and a disco dance floor that kept the party pulsing from start to finish.
This wasn’t just a themed event. It was a total takeover—where every corner offered a new way to celebrate, connect, and let loose.
Event Highlights:
- Casino Lounge – Complete with blackjack, roulette, craps, and custom chips for an authentic, high-energy casino experience.
- Light-Up Dance Floor & Disco Centerpiece – A glowing hub of movement and music that turned the party up a notch
- Live DJ Performance – With a curated setlist and seamless transitions, the DJ kept guests on their feet and in the moment.
- Vegas-Style Entertainment – Including a lively Elvis impersonator, dazzling showgirls, a sleight-of-hand magician, and even a Blue Man Group–style performance that had the crowd in awe.
- Food Trucks from Across Tampa Bay – Guests enjoyed a delicious variety of bites, from local favorites to sweet treats—all served fresh from some of the area’s best food trucks.
- Custom Lounge Installations – Perfectly styled for mingling and relaxing between rounds at the tables or sets on the dance floor.
- Custom Themed Bars – Each bar was uniquely designed to match the Vegas vibe, from neon accents to branded cocktail menus that added style and substance to every pour.
- Photo Ops – Styled spaces throughout the venue encouraged guests to strike a pose.
